Dutch photographer Joel Tjintjelaar has been specializing in long-exposure photography since 2006, and his minimalist compositions are full of rich contrast. Starting out as a seascape photographer, attending the Salk Institute in San Diego turned him on to architecture as a subject. He has won many awards and likes to share his expertise in the workshops he leads.

To help you judge the results of our tests for yourself, this archive includes a full-resolution ISO bracketing sequence of our lab test scene captured using the camera models covered in the text.

Photographer Lisa Tanner sits down with FotoTV to discuss her career and the incredible experiences she had as staff photographer and publicist with Atlantic Records.
